Why I do this

Design is how the Philippines catches up.

The talent here was never the problem — the presentation was. Built properly, a site stops feeling like a page and starts feeling like a place, and that is what puts Filipino work on equal footing with anyone's.

How I work

01
Field study: the arc of light that runs behind this site, drawn in plan
Drawing board: a letterform with its cap line, baseline and control points
Contrast audit: six colours measured against the page ground for WCAG AA

Reach

I work from Cebu for clients in London, the United States, and across the Philippines. Where the work is made has never decided how good it is.

How it goes

Simple process. No surprises.

  1. 01

    We talk first

I learn what the business actually needs and what success looks like to you. No pitch deck — a real conversation, and an honest read on whether I am the right person for it.

  2. 02

    I design, then I build

Same hands for both, so nothing is lost in a handover. You see it at every stage, in the browser rather than as a flat mockup, and we revise until it is right.

  3. 03

    Launch and look after

It goes live tested on real devices and real connections. I stay reachable afterwards for the fixes, changes, and questions that always follow a launch.

Who I am

From a breadboard in Cebu to briefs from London.

I am Pryce Oscar Resma, a web designer and developer based in Cebu. I studied Computer Engineering at the University of Cebu, majoring in software development, and spent those years in logic breadboarding competitions — regional champion in 2019, fourth in the country the same year. I have been building things that have to actually work ever since.

Five years in, that has meant WordPress at scale for Newfold Digital, a React Native app I led end to end as a freelancer, UI/UX lead for LearnPac Systems in London, web design for Growth Assistant, lead designer at RealTime Marketing, and now senior digital experience architect at InsiderPerks. Design on one side, code on the other, and no handover between them.

What I actually care about is closing the distance. Filipino work should not have to look like it came from somewhere else to be taken seriously, and the web here should be usable on the phone and the connection people really have.

Don’t take my word for it

  • Pryce took the time to understand our needs, offered thoughtful options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Tiana Emery Director of Client Value — The Genesis Company
  • He turned our brand, goals, and audience into a clean, professional website we’re proud of.
Lewis Normoyle Chief of Operations — LearnPac Systems
  • He listened, moved quickly, and paid attention to the details. The finished sites work exactly as intended.
Samuel Herschorn CEO & Founder — Biosis Designs
  • He asked the right questions and strategised before executing. Collaborative rather than transactional.
Kervin Antiligando CEO & Founder — GoRelocation PH

Things people ask before we start

  • Both, and that is the point. Design handed to a separate developer always loses something in translation — the spacing drifts, the motion gets dropped, the edge cases get invented on the spot. When the same person draws it and writes it, what you approved is what ships.

  • It depends on scope, and I would rather quote honestly than publish a number that fits nobody. We start with a conversation, I scope it against what you actually need, and you get a clear proposal with no hidden line items. If the budget and the brief do not meet, I will say so early.

  • Yes — most of my last five years has been remote work for teams in London and the United States, alongside Philippine clients. Timezones are a scheduling problem, not a quality one, and I have been solving that one since 2021.

  • Whatever suits the job rather than whatever I feel like using. WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and Webflow-style page builders when a team needs to edit without me; React, Tailwind, and GSAP when a site needs to do something a builder cannot. The stack is a means, not a selling point.

  • Because most of the Philippines meets the internet on a mid-range phone over a patchy connection, and a great deal of the web quietly excludes them. Contrast that passes, keyboard paths that work, and pages that load light are not extras I upsell — they are the baseline. A site that only works on a designer’s laptop is not finished.

Let’s build something a presence an asset a future you own

Tell me what you are trying to do and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person to do it. No pitch, no pressure.
